The booked tickets should be purchased within 30 days after the date of booking and not later than 30 days before the performance.
Tickets cannot be refunded.
Cancellations of performances are due to force majeure. Tickets will be refunded at their original price. The Estonian National Opera will not be liable for any additional expenses.
Tickets to the performances of the Estonian National Opera that are purchased from Piletimaailm can be replaced up to three days before the performance with tickets to some other performance by the National Opera in case there are vacancies. The tickets are exchanged only by the box office of the Estonian National Opera. The replacement fee for one ticket is 2 EUR.
Discounts are personal. When attending the performance, we kindly ask you to take a valid document (student card, ISIC/ITIC card or a senior citizen certificate issued in the Republic of Estonia) with you that entitles you to discounts on ticket prices.

TALLINN CARD: 15% discount on the price of ticket in case free seats are available on the day of the performance.

TICKET RETURNS
All visitors who have purchased tickets for the cancelled performances of the spring season can exchange their tickets for future performances. Tickets already bought must be changed before the end of the year 2020. We would like to ask the audience to consider supporting the theatre during these financially difficult times by not asking for ticket refunds.
